Is this a real lie detector?

No. LieDetector AI is entertainment software that produces AI-generated communication signals (tone, pacing, emotional patterns). It does not detect lies, prove dishonesty, or evaluate truthfulness. Use the results for fun, never as proof.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → LieDetector AI → Cancel.
Android: Play Store → menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → LieDetector AI → Cancel.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you bought through:

Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
Google Play: Order history → request refund within the eligible window.

Restore purchases on a new device

Open the App → Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID / Google account you originally subscribed with.

Delete my account and data

Open the App → Settings → Account → Delete account. Or follow the instructions on our Delete account page.

How do I just clear my saved analyses?

App → Settings → Data → Delete history. This wipes the local cache. Your account stays.

My audio analysis is wrong

AI signals are imperfect by design. Try a longer or higher-quality recording. Remember the results are entertainment, not facts.

Recording was rejected

Most common formats work (M4A, MP3, WAV, MP4, MOV). If yours doesn't, convert to M4A or MP3 and try again.

I forgot which Apple ID / Google account I used

Email support@liedetectorai.app with the email on file and we'll help you find your subscription.

Reporting illegal or harmful content

If you believe someone is using LieDetector AI to harass, threaten, or defame you, email support@liedetectorai.app. We respond to verified reports within 2 business days and will remove offending content where applicable.
